Waitlist terms

These terms apply when you join the PhenLabs waitlist on phenlabs.com. By joining, you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.
1. Who we are
PhenLabs is operated by PHENCAPITAL LTD, Israeli company no. 517019758, registered at Tuval Street 6, Tel-Aviv Yafo, Israel (“PhenLabs”, “we”, “us”). Questions about these terms can be sent to support@phenlabs.com.
2. What joining means
Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line for an invitation to PhenLabs. It does not create an account or a subscription, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. You must be at least 18 years old to join. One place per person.
3. Confirming your place
After you join, we email you a link to confirm your address. The link works for 24 hours; if it expires, join again and we will send a new one. To protect people from unwanted email, we send at most one link every 10 minutes, and three a day, to the same address. Your place in line is set when you join, and only confirmed addresses are invited.
4. Invitations
We send invitations in small groups, generally in list order. We do not promise when, or whether, an invitation will be sent, and we may change how and when invitations go out. An invitation is personal to you, can be used once and may expire. Using PhenLabs is subject to the terms of service you accept when you create your account.
5. Referrals
Once your place is confirmed, you get a personal referral link. Each of the first three people who join with your link and confirm their address moves you up five places, up to fifteen places in total. Referrals must be real people who chose to join. We may remove places or referral credit gained through fake, duplicate or automated sign-ups, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
6. Launch offers
Joining the waitlist does not reserve a seat, a price or any offer, and nothing is charged by joining. If we make a launch offer, it is available only while it lasts and only on the conditions shown to you when you subscribe. We email you about offers only if you separately agree to receive them.
7. Emails
By joining, you ask us to email you to confirm your address, about your place on the list, and with your invitation. These emails are about the waitlist you joined; they are not advertising. The email that confirms your place carries an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not remove your place on the list.
8. Leaving the waitlist
You can leave at any time by emailing privacy@phenlabs.com from the address you joined with. We will remove your entry as described in the privacy notice.
9. No advice
Nothing on this site or in our emails is investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
10. Changes and ending the waitlist
We may change these terms, or change or close the waitlist. We will post any new version here with a new date, and if a change is material we will also tell confirmed waitlist members by email before it takes effect. These terms do not affect any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
